Select the corresponding "Donation Frequency" that equals $1 per day (example: if you click "$7" you'll need to select "Weekly" in the box titled "Donation Frequency")
Select an end date
In the "Your Note for the Donor Scroll" section, please write the Center for Children and Families staff member who told you about the 365 Campaign so our management team can thank them!
